1. Acceptance

By using Scorpius Tigre, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Some features may be governed by additional terms shown when you enable them.

2. The product

Scorpius Tigre is a local-first workspace that can help plan, research, design, build, maintain, review, and prepare work for publication. Connected features can interact with third-party services only after the required configuration and authorization.

AI and automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important output before relying on it. You remain responsible for decisions, submitted information, permissions, legal compliance, store declarations, fees, and final publication approval.

3. External actions and publishing

Scorpius Tigre may prepare builds, listings, disclosures, and submission materials. A local success message is not proof that an external provider accepted or published an item. Provider receipts and current provider status control.

When a feature requests your approval before an external action, do not approve until you have reviewed the exact target and content. App stores, Google, Apple, payment providers, hosting providers, and other connected services have their own accounts, policies, review processes, availability, and fees.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use Scorpius Tigre lawfully and only with data, accounts, systems, and content you are authorized to use.
• Protect your device, provider accounts, credentials, and recovery methods.
• Verify generated code, factual claims, safety-critical output, financial information, and publication declarations.
• Do not use the product to harm others, bypass security, distribute malware, infringe rights, or misrepresent automated output as independently verified.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in content you lawfully provide. You grant Scorpius Tigre the limited permission needed to process that content for the features you request. Scorpius Tigre’s product name, interface, original software, and brand assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights needed for content you publish and for complying with any license or attribution requirements that apply to third-party materials and generated output.

6. Availability and warranties

Features may change, be suspended, or depend on local models, network access, third-party APIs, or provider review. To the extent permitted by law, Scorpius Tigre is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that every output will be accurate or that every external service will remain available.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Scorpius Tigre is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, rejected submissions, or third-party service decisions arising from use of the product. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
